Imagine a website with clearly defined guidelines and monitoring, that modifies a database of websites and their credibility. Website credibility has been one of the internet's biggest barriers for using it as a learning tool. There would be many beneficial uses. One example, educational papers could list their sources, and use the database to compute a credibility score.
