Why don't we add a wiki to each idea on whynot.com, which would allow the readers to start building the idea for potential people to manifest the idea.

Need to consider keeping the original suggestion and comments - and having the wiki start from the original

Possible layout: Left pane will hold the current data while right pane will hold the wiki, plus - people should be able to view the Original message, Comments or wiki (e.g 3 checkBoxes on the page)

i was about to post the same idea. some important things to consider would be-
the vote may go up or down. there should be a timeline with every change as well as how it affected the vote.
there could be votes on the idea as a whole, and on individual changes.

This is such an incredibly important idea. The internet was designed for collaboration. there are billions of minds out there, that, if put together, would surely solve any problem!
