when browsing your contacts you will see only the contacts you use, when unused contacts will move to a different contact directory.

this will ensure relatively small browsing list when searching most time for contacts.

Same Idea as unused Desktop icons will be applied to the contacts on the cellular phone.

My cell phone already has a feature that sorts your contacts by frequency of use. If you call or are called by someone a lot that name goes up the list. Little used contacts are sorted to a separate part of the list altogether after (I think) 30 days.
