Peanut Butter & Jelly Knife | |||||||||||||||||
Always have to use two knives for making peanut butter jelly sandwiches. My wife hates it when I mix the PB in the jelly. Same with toast and butter (who likes pieces of toast in the butter?). Perhaps a squeegie type system to clean off the knife after every spread.

The solution is as close as the paper towel holder.
Try using the edge of the jar.
perhaps single serve portion packs. ha!
maybe a knife with 2 blades? somewhat like a "Y" shape, with 90 degress angle in between the blades and 135 from each blade to the handle. It could open like a scissor and lock... and close after. Since it's not to cut, it doesnt need to be sharp. Plastic should do the trick.
Someone tried this once but their idea didn't work out so well. They had one end for the PB and one end for the jelly.
