A free web based service that will allow users to register for an account with the service, then send an email (HTML and attachments) to a large group of recipients - say, tens of thousands of addresses. The service will allow users to send the email using whatever from: address they like, so it will appear as if it were coming from some other email address than their own.

The service will archive the messages that go out, and retain the recipient lists associated with a particular message so that the user could easily email the same large group of people again if they like.

The user can upload the large list of email recipients for their message as an excel spreadsheet or a text file. There will also be the option to hook the service up to an external database service or LDAP directory to populate recipient lists for individual messages.
