The Chinese are into something like this. Maybe that's where you could comfortably live. They are also into a legal system that seems to provide a good supply for this type of treatment.

The Romans used their condemned criminals for amusement in the coliseum. When they ran out of criminals, they used slaves or paid gladiators.

Organ donation - for many - even has religious/spiritual ramifications for acceptance. (I.e., would someone want the liver of someone who commited murder?, etc. Some might say yes, some might say no!)

All those convicted of heinous crimes should be killed in the manner they killed their victims! Cruel and unusual punishment was put into the Constitution with certain historical understanding(s), the likes of which my previous statement would NOT be accepted as "cruel and unusual" punishment! The Founding Fathers appreciated a civil and civicly responsible society, a society where people all live together in harmony and peace. When that peace has been disturbed it is the "We, the People" that should get to decide what happens to the perpetrator of the "heinous crime."

If you've been raped, the victim should get the option of having the perp being castrated or beheaded. In either case, the perp should have whatever his punishment that was "optioned" be broadcast on CNN and FoxNews at noon EST/EDT for all those that would wish to see how a truly free society enforces it's rules of unacceptable behavior!
