Governments are not even happy about spending money on expensive railroads. To change all major highways to maglev would probably cost more than any nation has to spend.
PREZ BUSH SHOULD BE A HAPPY MAN IF COULD ON TO HIS MEETINGS IN A MAG LEV CAR.IT WOULD BE FASTER AND SAFER THAN HIS CHOPPER- THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOTMIND SPENDING MONEY ON VIP TRANSPORTATION.
If you're not operating with an Apple II I imagine you have upper and lower case capability. It looks better. Whether Bush can convince the country to spend more money than the cost of the Iraq war for his own personal transportation seems somewhat dicey at the moment, considering his current poll rating and the number of Democrats in Congress.
