We should develop online testing for GED's and programming to teach and help students study. The tests can be taken at testing centers on computers with internet. It would give a lot of people a chance to get there high school equivelance in a quicker, cheaper, easier way. And it could also be a global service so any community with internet and a computer lab can offer there people a chance to learn and get recognition for the things they know.
