The most frustrating thing about oil changes or routine car maintenance is that the shops / dealers are only open during the day. As a commuter I have to get to the shop in the morning, and either wait for the repair or get a ride to work, then back again to retrieve the car. Either way I don't get a good day's work done.

What if the car service was open all night instead. you can pull in after work and drop off the car, then either get a ride home or a taxi / shared van etc. In the morning, on your way to work you stop by, pick up the car and pay, and drive to work.
