I will go to your website because I'm naturally curious - and, what the hell...I'm just killing some time..

But the whole idea of this site is to encourage inventors like yourself to set it out in writing here for all to scrutinize - and not require people to link off to another site....Because we are all damn lazy at heart!!!

Looking at the web site, the product is the home version of the emergency-powered light. The light has a battery that is charged by the wall current and in the event of a power failure automatically switches to battery power. This is the standard for emergency lighting in commercial buildings.

Most plug in rechargeable flashlights have that capability already.
