Be able to check your pet the way you check your coat-- i.e. on-call pet-sitting. Works best in urban areas where you are walking your dog and the restaurant / store / friend's house does not allow dogs. You call the service, the service comes to your location to pick up your pet, and after an hour or two brings back your pet to your location. Gives people more flexibility to take their dogs with them!
