Long-distance drives can be tedious and un-stimulating. People who drive for a living have to spend hours on the road, not moving, doing nothing but sitting down. Such drivers should have access to an inter-state network of fitness facilities positioned at easy to access places along the highway. Small facilities can easily be built at pre-existing service and gas stations. Drivers could pay for membership to facilities nationwide, along a certain route (i.e. the North East corridor), or at a per visit rate. Exercising during long drives would help keep the drivers energized and healthy and increase their satisfaction with their job (and life!).

Good idea! I like the humanitarian aspect as well... ensuring truck drivers don't nod off from lack of stimulation and kill themselves (and potentially others). Nice integration of the SOM mission!
Truckers usually don't get enough sleep, so they are more inclined to take a nap than a workout.
