Baby Translator | |||||||||||||||||
The baby translator would measure the speed and pitch of a baby's cry and convert it into plain English (or any other desired language). Cost would be just $2,000. Even better than the drinking bird!

I'd like one for dogs.
Such a device has existed for thousands of years. I believe they are referred to as "mothers".
Somone developed this for dogs a while back, it was more of a novelty and amusement than anything. Was a plastic box attached to a dog collar. Just spat out stuff when the dog barked randomly, kind of like those dancing plants at Spencers Gifts. Two thousand dollars is a little steep, especially since it's programmatically more simple than natural language voice recognition which goes for about 100 bucks.
I believe Mr. Kopac had his tongue in-cheek.
