With the housing market in a slump and people afraid of the value in their homes decreasing, I suggest that an Insurance Policy that guarantees the value of a person's home for a monthly fee. So, if your house value falls below that benchmark and you want to sell your home you can do so at the agreed upon price to the insurance company. To take advantage of this policy the home would need to be in similar condition to when the policy was written.
