Professors appreciate feedback about their performance. Realtime feedback is generally the best. The idea is to hook up electronic tasers to the professor. If the professor is condescending towards students or is exceptionally boring, the students can activate a button to "vote" for a zap. If a threshold number of votes is reached, e.g. 25%, then the professor receives an electronic zap to indicate that his/her performance is unacceptable.

I prefer having them drop through a trapdoor in the floor, like on that James Bond movie.
Should such a device ever receive approval I'm gonna guess the professor would want one wired to each student so when you take a catnap, become disruptive, or seemingly quit paying attention he could easily straighten you out.
