Electronic Grocery Coupons | |||||||||||||||||
We all receive coupons upon checkout at the grocery store, but often we lose them or forget to bring them back with us the next time we go shopping. Rather than being printed upon checkout, the coupons should be electronically banked to our store value- or club-cards. When we return to the store the next time to do our grocery shopping, we could visit a self-service kiosk near the entrance, scan our value-card, and print a list of our stored coupons that have not yet expired. For the “green” shopper, the kiosk could also provide the option to send the coupon list via SMS to our cell phones or by email to our Blackberries.
