Utilizing the entrepreneurial spirit of indian mothers in food endeavors, develop a subscription-based food delivery service. Indian professional could buy meal plans on a monthly basis for home-cooked food. Meals could be picked up after a certain hour at a centralized location. Mothers within an indian community can set the menu and offer various types of cuisine from the diverse regions within India.

Similar idea is already implemented in Mumbai. It is called the Dabbawala system. Fresh home cooked food is transported from individual homes to offices by a delivery service.
Good idea. There are lots of similar ideas related to diets. I know that there are subscription services for things like Kosher meals in certain major markets. This would be quite similar and growth opportunity.
Such would be expensive to implement in the US, so I see why you specified that the customers would be professionals. Indian cab drivers, etc, couldn't afford it.
