www.complaint-here.com Web Page that will innovate the way that consumer research is currently done. The idea is that the page would work as a place, were people mistreated in some way by other or others, could post their story. The mistreatment could be from any particular person, organization or even government. People will think of the page as a place were others will read their misfortune and will prevent them from suffering it. Companies will avoid by any mean to appear in it, because that would mean that someone had a complaint on them. Revenue will come by two ways. 1) Companies worried by their service quality will want to sponsor the page. Their company name will appear as concerned with anything published here. They would also receive first hand notice if some bad story on their name appeared in it. Just by seeing a company banner in the page, we would associate the company with concern with excellent quality service. 2) Revenues will also come from those complaints posted that suggest that some business could be created in some particular area. If for example, people complaint about the limited number of Japanese restaurants in a city, then a great business idea would be to open a new Japanese restaurant. Ideas could be sold to others generating extra revenue. The long term plan is to have computers in critical banks, supermarkets, hospitals, etc, sponsored by the interested companies, in which people would not only complaint but also, share good experiences. It’s like having a consumer’s focus group 24 hours, 365 days of the year.

And, of course, the major source of revenue will come from a company who pays a good deal of money not to publish all those complaints against it.
And, of course, on a global scale I really want to know that the corner market in some far off little town like Poxdorf, Germany cut the salami too thin again so I can avoid doing business with them.
