Global food and culture court | |||||||||||||||||
How about a place which is a collection of food stalls from different countries and different parts within these countries. A place which offers not just different cuisines but also a window into the culture of these places and sells ethnic handicraft. A place where you could spend a whole day learning, shopping and ofcourse eating !

Sounds like New York.
Epcot in Orlando is a good example of your idea.
Except most of the 'ethnic handicrafts' are made in China.
Most US malls offer foodcourts with Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Barbeque, etc next to each other, so it's a little like your idea.
Really, though, I believe food and products don't mix so well. I have little interest in buying any handicrafts, but I do eat.
