Ladies: how many times have you found yourselves away from home with a run in your stockings just before an important business meeting? Replacements are rarely nearby when you most need them. To this end, imagine a world where pantyhose is distributed in public restrooms just like condoms and tampons are now. Life would be so much simpler for all of us!

This has already been suggested. I think they should distribute birth control pills in restrooms. They could be different flavors - cashew, almond, Jack Daniels, tequila, etc.
Going hose-free into a meeting is no longer a no-no in most places, because fashions have changed. For the moment. So this is no longer very urgent.
