Why not sell powdered toothpaste, shaving foam, mouthwash, etc, etc, in a kit for United States airplane travelers? Almost anything can be transformed into a powder or something with at least the consistency of deodorant (which is not a liquid according to the TSA). Once at your destination, simply add water to a pinch of whatever product you are using. If nothing else, one could keep the kit as a backup inside their purse or briefcase.
I\\'m sure marketing would have to use the phrase \\"spa-quality\\" somewhere, unless an established brand marketed it, because it seems unnatural/cheap.

It's probably more profitable to sell water as part of the product. Airport security might make powder products more acceptable but since powder might be explosive it may merely make even powder suspicious.
Many people used 'tooth powder' in the 50's including my parents. It's still sold I understand, but I've never bought it. I never bring shaving creme on a trip--it's much easier to just lather with bar-soap. As for the mouthwash, if you brush your teeth twice a day, I don't think you'll need it.
The liquid law is a little bit funny when you consider that the biggest conventional bomb the USA has in the arsenal is the Daisy Cutter BLU-82B, which uses aluminum powder at primary explosive.
