Why cant the Cell Phones be provided with Solar Panel so that the phones will be charged automatically once our main battery is low, would save a lot of time and stress, its not hard sincewe already have calculators, torch lights etc working with solar panels

Not enough power in from little solar cell to charge in a reasonable time. Popular idea.

Calculators and LED torches consume much less power than a typical cell phone would, hence their solar panels are able to sustain them.
Any useful solar charger would have to be rather large, compared to the size of the phone.
This would only work if you wore your phone in a position that kept it continually exposed to the outdoor sun. Not too practical. But some people have experimented with, and even marketed, clothing having sewn-in solar panels that can be used to charge phones and other devices while outdoors.
