There should be a foot- or infrared-operated sink just inside from the waiting area where you can wash your hands before being seated or going to the buffet. It\\'s important enough to have clean hands before eating, that you shouldn\\'t have to enter the restroom if all you need to do there is wash your hands.

Washing hands has been cited by many health experts as important in defeating the spread of diseases. This is a very good concept as hands are continually touching objects common to a public that has a percentage of disease carriers. I wonder if food providers would be willing to devote expensive commercial space without legal enforcement.
