When we play internet games such as Runescape or Maple Story some people buy cyber money. To make it convinient, the Bank and the game developping company should make a contract to allow game players to easily buy these cyber money by ATMs. The cyber money can be stored inside the credit card and can be used by typing in the credit card number and codes in the website.

I think what you want is just a stored value or pre-loaded credit card. You put funs into that, and use those funds to buy "virtual currency".

To convert the "virtual currency" to real, especially from a game world, strict anti fraud controls and measures must be taken.

Major Banks are not going to get into the business of virtual money.

I love the idea. Any serious organization could invent their own brand of e-money. Faith & trust would have to be taken very seriously, but that would be the problem of each "mint".

For example, wikipedia could award wiki-bucks to contributors. Who would accept wiki-bucks? Well, the concept of money itself took a while to take hold. But social networks & activist organizations might be able to get the concept to go viral.

Maybe there could be an international organization to oversee serious e-mint organizations. It is all based on faith... but so is money.

This has been a market that major credit cards and exchange businesses have been looking into. Don't know how close it is to a reality but trust me, the value of the market isn't going unnoticed.
