Imagine having a life insurance on dogs. They may not know of this but it will allow more people to take care of their pets well such as maintaining them and keeping them on a leash outside. If some regulations for pets are not followed the insurance\\'s bill will increase and it will make people more responsible in taking care of their pet such as scooping. Everyone who owns a pet must have a pet insurance to record how many pets each household has and to maintain the animal population from dramatically increasing by multiple births and freeing them. To get a pet insurance the pet would have to be a certain type and get approved by the government\\'s vet. Before getting this insurance there should be a pet license for allowing people to take care of pets more than 3 warnings will ban their license. The pets from the animal shelter would have a lower rate in insurance.
