Emergency vehicles in urban and suburban traffic often have a hard time reaching accidents in a timely fashion during peak traffic periods. This could be addressed if the emergency vehicles were in the form of motorcycles or motorcycles with trailers. The typical space between cars in congested conditions is 3-4 feet, enough room to carry pumps, hoses, equipment, and even stretchers under the right configuration.

Maybe you believe that you thought of this first, but motorcycle tow vehicles already are used, especially in Europe where getting a tow vehicle through traffic to pick-up a wreck or a stalled car is very difficult.

Interesting. The constricted alignments in European CBDs would lead them to innovate in this area. Good to know.
