Center Submit Button | |||||||||||||||||
The "Submit" button should be centered beneath the comment box, so I won't ever have to use the scroll bar to pull it into view.

PS: How come I'm getting reverse slashes when I try to type in quote marks and apostrophes (sometimes)? I haven''t noticed this yet on other sites, and I've noticed a few other posts with this problem. In this case it's really annoying, because it affects the title of my Idea, which was Center "Submit". Now it's meaningless.
I suspect Roger is a software developer. You're very critical. Constructive, yes, but you seem to notice more.
I think the problem is that you are employing the backslash key. What happens if you just type the quote key as in ". It worked for me. The system seems to add the backslash automatically. So now I see the problem. People who edit their submissions don't delete the auto added backslash and then they accumulate and look bck.
I wasn't employing the backslash key--instead, the backslash characters were being inserted mysteriously. I wasn't typing up my suggestions offline and pasting them in here. Further, I noticed this problem appearing in the comments of a few other posters here. Fortunately, whatever gremlin was the source of the trouble seems to have disappeared, as I've had no problem with it in the past week or so.
On the main topic, the centering of the "Submit" button, I should have been more explicit. My browser is Firefox on the Mac. When I click "Add your comment," only the leftmost 3/4 of the comment box appears. I have to "stretch" it by dragging the lower right corner to the right in order to see the Submit button. Is there any way to solve this problem at your end? I know it's quite minor, but the fix should be easy to do. (Maybe move the Why Not logo from the left side of the form to the right?)
PS: The gremlin is back! This time it inserted the backslashes only in the e-mailed-to-me copy of my Comment above, not in the online version. Wild!
Latest PS: I just installed Firefox 3 and the width of the comment box has been greatly reduced. As a result, 3/4 of the Submit button is now visible. Problem solved.
