I think famous people whose image we are forced to watch on TV continuously should get taxed per image we should have to view of them. A small tax, for there are many famous people. Every time the image of Pdiddy or bush appears on TV, all regular citizens get a cut of their earnings. This way regular taxes aren't so heavy on the rest of us.

I think any idea that punishes people for success is pretty much only a good way to discourage productivity and work toward a complete welfare economy.

The concept of "punishing success" is one of the most cockeyed propaganda concepts ever to be shoved down the throats of a gullible nation by the rich classes who's total concept of a life is based on greed. A nation exists out of the cooperative efforts of all its citizens and there is absolutely no doubt that the concentrations of money in individuals and corporations has totally corrupted the functions of current government. The evidence is everywhere in the prosecutions of leaders who have distorted their positions of power for personal profit. Nevertheless, being famous does not indicate the personage has overwhelming wealth.People who have profited from society owe a good deal back in contributing to the wealth of the social system in general.

People who are rich owe nothing to society. Very few people get rich off of corruption, but insted off of their own efforts. If someone is making $1M a year, he isn't stealing it, someone (or a set of someones) is giving it to him. People don't give money to someone without getting something in return, and this may be hard to imagine, but there are people who's skills are worth that much.

They owe nothing because they already gave, and gave for every dollar they earned. If you want to see what countries have resource rich/power rich corrupt people, then look at communist and very socialist countries. Those are the countries where your labor gets you nothing and your corruption is the only thing that will get you ahead.
