Supermarket super website | |||||||||||||||||
My supermarket knows (or should/could know) when I shop, what I buy, how much I spend and a few other things just by examining my credit card transactions. How about getting a bit imaginative with this data and figure out a few more things that could be useful to me? Things like special offers, insurance deals, new products... I don't want to add to my Spam any more than any one else but what a waste of valuable, convenient data. If the supermarket set up a website for its customers so we could choose what we wanted to receive, when, in what form, how etc etc I would be at the front of the line!

That is what the affinity cards are for. They can send you information with your statement for it.Although a website would give you more control, and no paper waste.
The affinity card should allow users to specify two items to electronically tell the checker:
1. Do you want paper or plastic bags? (Or paper inside plastic.)
2. Do you want help out with that?
hahahaha I think those questions are essential to keeping the transaction friendly and preventing akwardness.
