Rotary dials would really screw up text messaging.
Integrating phones and email would require integrating phones with the internet. This would be hard, but great if possible. Why would you want a rotary dial cellphone?
Modern cell phones integrate with the internet fine.
Look into a phone called the Blackberry.
As for rotary dial cell phones, possible, but only as a novelty. It has been done before by hackers.
