New vote: conditional approval | |||||||||||||||||
There should be a way of indicating conditional or qualified approval. I've found many ideas that I would like to give "two cheers" to. I'd approve them if the idea were modified as suggested by one of the commenters, for instance. The problem now is that if the proposer makes any sort of "boner," or omits some key piece of the puzzle, his idea will be deprived of votes.

PS: Such votes could count as .5 of an "I approve" vote, to make things simple for the system to handle.
PPS: Simultaneously, remove the "No opinion" option, which is rarely used and serves virtually no purpose.
