hello,when I worked at a salvage yard and oil was spilled on the ground water.we layed a dry bedsheet over it ,the floating oil was soaked up by the bedsheet to be wrang out later (for use again).A bigger version could be used to clean the big mississippi river spill ! GOT TO ACT FAST FOR THIS ONE !
