Recyclable Hotel Toiletries | |||||||||||||||||
I have traveled a lot this summer. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I have noticed that the hotel industry is trying to green up, however; the plethora of mini plastic toiletry containers are Wasteful (capital W). I have a solution that will drastically cut down this wastefulness: cardboard toiletry containers...think half gallon milk containers, only smaller. Cardboard can be easily recycled and will not float around the ocean for the next thousand years.

Try glass.
There's a bit less luxury with waxed cardboard.
Actually, the packaging you get when you get a sample would suit to a tee, if not a controlled bulk dispenser. Perhaps not recyclable, bot a lot less waste than a bottle (which may be recyclable).
