So I have no idea, but web searches only seem to mention earth based particle accelerators or weapons, so I thought I'd propose creating a particle beam that can send metals into space one atom at a time where it would be collected by a collector of some kind and then be available for use in construction. Well that's about as much thought as I put into it. Is it worth more?
