Tap-cum-soap dispenser | |||||||||||||||||
Why not have a small knob/button built into a tap which will dispense a small amount of liquid soap instead of having to reach for a bottle of liquid soap.

Some kitchen faucet sets come with a built in soap dispenser, but a separate spout. If the spout were built in the faucet, there is the risk of contaminating the water, if clean water were desired.
I don't care for liquid soap. I think women like it because of the ejaculatory nature of the dispenser. Your system would lose this.
Note, I think you've used the wrong spelling of 'come' above--I rest my case.
