Paper plates with imprinted advertising could be free to consumers with advertising revenue subsidizing the cost of the product.

Currently, consumers must pay for paper plates (either plain, or with colored designs)

The challenge would be talking companies into paying for it. Maybe a food company like General Mills or Frito-Lay would be willing to do it, but I don't know. You can always try it yourself, that is, pitch the idea to them and see if they bite. Maybe you can make a killing on it. Good luck!

this is a good idea, but how would business' determine how many plates to give to consumers, and what consumers to give plates to?
