TEXT TRAFFIC INFO Indicator | |||||||||||||||||
A Small bright LED display about 2" x 8" on the dashboardgiving info about Traffic Jams will be indispensable. It isa better alternative than the FM stations announcing trafficJams. The city can be divided into various cells and the cars ineach particular cell could get info about traffic in that particualar cell.

Many cars these days have navigation systems that provide this sort of info.
when I worked downtown, traffic reports really didn't help me. I pretty-much had one way to get home, so if the report said my route was jammed, I just had to be delayed.
Trying to take drive all the way around the city, or taking surface streets to avoid a jam almost always ended up taking more time than just merging to the two-lanes that were still open.
I suspect many commuters are in this same predicament.
Many GPS do provide traffic info- but in small letters. I amlooking at a large display with letters of atleast one inch so thedriver will not have in difficulty in reading it when driving.
