There are many Unadopted children out there, and many foster homes tend to beat their children. Likewise, Unadopted children are less likely to go into college and go into crime.

If it was a choice for unadopted children to either go to a foster hoome or go to a Private school for free, I think that would be the most appropiate decision.

Acceptance would be based on Private schools decisions. And they would have the smae policy of being kicked out as any other kid.

However, To make sure that Private schools arent burdened by huge amounts of children, there would be 5 children to 1 school, or some fraction to make sure a school still can keep themseleves running.

Hopefully, The kids would have a better chance at success, better then Liviing in a foster home and having the Foster parents pay for it.

I guess you're talking about a private boarding school, because even kids that Do go to private schools still have homes and families. Even if a child is in a private school, they'll need to go somewhere at night, weekends, etc.

I've sent my kids to a Catholic elementary school and I sometimes resent that I pay the tuition but other people get to go for free.

The free ones are the usually the hard-luck cases that really don't fit with the rest of the students, bring-down the overall testing scores, contribute to the state-violence-ratings. Yes, they'll have a better chance at success than if they went to a public school, but I'm paying to send my kid because of the academic enviroment and the structured upbringing, so they hurt my investment.

Ironically, these kids usually only last a couple of years before they transfer out.

I don't mean to condemn any child, especially one with no parents, but if you consider history and evolution, offspring that are abandoned Do have a lower survival chance. That's why the word 'bastard' is a curse-word. Bastards had it hard. They became tough or they didn't make it.

I'm not for your plan.

Like I said, Peop[le would still need to fit the requirements of a particular Private school. Doesnt mean they Would instantly go to A Johnhopkins School Because their parents died in a car accident even though they get Ds

Maybe you misunderstood me.

What Your saying is a matter of generalization. A school has standards, and it has the right to keep them. Likewise, the government has the right and duty to pay for unpriveledged kids education.

I think the concept boils down to deluxe orphanages. I'd be more willing to spend dollars here than on many other things, including more traditional welfare. I'd want the government to fund, but not administrate, the efforts. I'd want a lot of different approaches tired in the open market place.
