Two-Person crew drives around, Driver and Cook (and phonecalls.) A Propane oven or Microwave (operating off of the alternator) built into truck and cook up frozen pizzas (is delivering DeJourno a paradox?) Can put a phone number on the side, people can call it and they'll attempt to make a route over to that side (getting customers along the way, passing them if the phone call was made like 15-minutes ago) Instead of playing "do you ears hang low" and other children's jingles through their megaphone, they can play things like "Thats Amore" and "Funiculì funiculà."

I have eaten both fresh pizza and pizzas made from frozen supplies. The pizzas made from frozen supplies taste somewhat like shipping carton cardboard covered with tomato sauce and melted cheese. But I suppose some people will eat anything.
i like this idea, as long as you made the pizza taste good! this could be great in really busy dense cities.
On one hand, preparation can be done to a point in a fixed place, making crusts, toppings and things, and will do the dispatching.Fewer such establishments need exist, and need not be a store-front on a main street.
Actual frozen pizzas will not fly. The fresher the better.
On the other hand, trucks use more energy than a car, require a special drivers license. The so-called restaurant on wheels will also add to emissions, since all its energy will come from burning fuel, rather than some for a fixed restaurant that uses utility electricity.
This is not a model for cities, which already have plenty of coverage for delivered pizza. It could work in less populated areas, but only if the pizza was of good quality. Frozen won't cut it.
