If there is a credit card which have two passwords, one for normal use, one for call police. So that if i was kidnap by some guys asking for my password for my bank card, i can tell them the police call password. They can see & get my money around 10% of my real account, but when they are using it, the ATM machine automatically call the police slicenly. So that less money can be taken and police can action quickly.But i am also worried if i mistakenly use the police password by myself, what will happen :)

It is difficult to remember a password that you never use. It would be better to have some type of question always presented by the ATM to which you always give the same answer unless you are acting under duress in which case you give an incorrect answer which then causes the security system to notify the police.
