I probably shouldn't comment on this one, but...

Gmatei, I read your page at http://gheorghematei.blogspot.com/. The write up ends:

"My project is not a technical or financial challenge. But it is a great intellectual challenge!"

I'll say! I was struggling to understand what you were talking about. Especially on statements like:

"We can talk about intelligent behavior only beyond a maximal predictable behavior and a very power accumulation of information into a clear delimited entity!"

When I first started reading the page, I initially thought that this might be a legitimate (though vague) concept. As I read further, it started to sound like some kind of weird cult. By the time I saw the wacky charts at the bottom I was thinking someone needs to take his meds!

Maybe there is a real idea here, but you're not going to convince anyone with this neurotic looking page.
