Many will have privacy concerns & not be interested, but I'd like my "club card" purchases available to me via the internet so a program suggest what I might be almost out of, and also of promotional offers and product alternatives. It should tell me if I usually buy shampoo every three months & its been three months. I should be able to ask to see everything I've purchased in the last year. Then I can pick items for my shopping list, which will be sorted by the aisle locations in my local store. And, if anything is out of stock, at least I'd know in advance.

For a significant fee I could have them collect the items for me to pick up, or even have them delivered. They hate that because I'd make no spontaneous purchases, so they'd have to charge a pretty penny.

This service would encourage me to make all of my purchases at the same chain, and I imagine the chain would love to see how they could make dynamic offers to increase sales and smooth inventory surpluses. If they know I occasionally buy expensive merlot & they found a great deal, they could get my interest here without wasting my time with offers on things I never have or will buy. This means I'll actually read their advice because it tends to be pretty good.
