Won't happen. Copyright law, and the will of the recording industry will prevent it from happening. They don't want people handing out copies of their works.
The most that could be done is to transfer "recommendations", where the recipient has the option to go purchase the tracks themselves.
May not happen - Copyright laws may not permit it- It would bea big hit on the sly.
I saw people do it 2 years ago.
