This may not be applicable for small vehicles but large vehicles can be fitted with small/micro windmills which will rotate when vehicles moves at speed. The generated power can be used for various purpose inside the vehicles. These micro windmills may generate enough power for A/C, music system or anyother small electronics parts inside the vehicles.

Anything like a windmill will cause extra drag on the vehicle and require extra fuel to compensate. There are more efficient ways to use the fuel to generate electric power.
you should look at the site before you suggest an idea.
This faulty idea is suggested fairly often.
If the car stops and it causes the windmills to stop, that means the power to the windmills was being supplied by the car. It isn't new power, it's robbed from the drivetrain.
