I submitted this idea i thought once, but i didnt see it posted, so im gonna try and repost it again.

Heres the idea. Checking with the Census, theres about 300 million people in America. So, say that only 200 million people are working. If the government took exactly $1 from everyones paycheck per week, and put the money only towards the deficit, (meaning no wars, no new technologies, no medical, no nothing but the deficit) then thats about 9.6 billion dollars a year thats collected. We owe trillions, but this is a start. In fact, its a good start, and combined with other marketable ways of helping save money, we could have this paid off before our kids reach 30, and it becomes there problem.
