Dissolve the UN and create the WU Just like the EU, there should be a World Union. Five sectors: America's (North, Central and South), Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. All countries would have a equal vote in the Hall of Peace in antarctica (or where ever). Each sector would have a vote in quelling violence in the world and all nations would have a percentage of their population on standby 24/7 to oppose a violent perpetrator trying to be a dictator. All humans on earth would be entitled to water and food, three times a day (minimum) and education is free via the internet. Leader to the WU are voted by country via the internet (essentially are only scrutinizers) . Issues would be voted every day via the internet.

This would require humanity to behave decently and logically and with sensible planning. All these things are demonstrably beyond human capacity and probably would require a major mutation in the human nervous system which seems unlikely.
Why would this work any better than trying to fix the UN?
This whole idea relies on verified people of credible countries voting on the internet. Not representatives who can change their minds with respect to the constituents. Voters would be checked and passwords would have the highest logarithmic security. The world would vote on every decision.
Though I'm really against this, I wonder why you would group the countries into 'teams' by continent? Seems devisive.
I can understand why you picked Anartica, but I think it would discourage people from wanting to become delegates.

Isn't wikipedia (education via the internet) already free? yes, I did donate last month when they asked for it, but it still is free to most.

i generally agree, but would add many pages of details to such a manifesto, which is indeed in the works... one point to make is that obviusly militarism must end & all holders of WMDs must be treated as the real terrorist criminals. borders create nationalism which act as the spark plugs of wra. enable people autonomy within the dissolution of borders. much more but gotta go now.
you might get your wish but its not a good thing its a very bad thing bush has already signed an agreement for a north american union(usa-canada-mexico)this is little known(the currancy has aleady got its name-the amero)its the first stages of a new world order and a one goverment world which could sound good but the people who want this dont have the man in the street's interests they are already making us fall in line by taking our cival libaties away by trying to convince us that they need to do all they can to fight terrorism we're all being brain washed and dont realize it the real terrorist are the goverments and the central bankers. authority should'nt be the truth, the truth should be autority
