Currently on this site when you review an idea, the idea and the comments other users have left about it are on one page. If you want to add something you click on the 'add a comment' link which takes you to another page. This page has the original idea and some form elements tthat allow you to add your new comment. The comments that other users have made do not appear. The problem is that a person may want to refer not only to the orignal idea but to those comments that others have made.My solution is to put the form elements to submit a new comment at the bottom of the page original idea page. I believe this makes writing comments easier and also saves a page view.
