I believe that jobs can be sorted by age. For instance, all fast food, janitorial, or any labor or easy job should be given to youth at least 16 to like 20. Then after these kids graduated they get harder jobs. Likewise older folks get the ceos and president job like they do nowadays. the pay will be greatest to the oldest people and the jobs needing physical power will be given to the youngest in the job force.

This is my first time here. I'm not sure If I will remember my account and password or something like that to respond, but feel free to leave comments.

Unfortunately, there aren't enough CEO jobs to go around.

This already happens to some extent. When I was a teen, I worked fast food, when in college, I loaded trucks and now I design. Yes, there aren't enough CEO jobs, but if you endeavor to educate yourself, you'll be able to advance through your time in a profession.

But even at 20 years as an engineer, I think about practicing my Walmart greetings some times...

If there were 10 more CEO's in this country, there would be no more money for the younger workers to have jobs, the country would go broke. There was an idea that was once brought up while attending University and we studied it a little. I sometimes wonder if that would work, but it does limit you to what you can make but it did make everyone equal and very comfortable. I guess thats what the problem we have nowadays, everyone is trying so hard to make more than what they have and it creates some kind of competition against each other. The idea was when you finish school and university or college, you were set up in a job, worked for twenty years, got paid the same after retirement. Then your job was given to the next person reaching the age and it just continues on. Money just circulated within the city, produced, used and sold the rest outside but nothing came in because all jobs were created on the items needed. It's kinda like the hotwrights, huh? which is not so true, they shop at walmart now! Everyone lived happily ever after. Then televisions and radio's were distributed to the city by government, fear was brought in and the city collapsed. The End
