The site will make money from the advertisements and the ninety percent of the earnings will be shared among the registered users. The more log in the site is the more money for a user. In addition each new user that comes with the invitation of an existing user will earn some more money to the existing user.
Since the registration is free and everybody wins, the number of the users will increase rapidly and it will increase the site advertisement incomes. The number of the users and site incomes will trigger each other.

This is rather similar to another idea posted recently. It has the same basic problem. People would simply click on the ads to get paid with no intention of buying the product. The advertiser might make a few more sales, but it would have to make enough to cover the cost of paying all of the non-buyers. They could easily end up losing money.
