This cell phone would scan your finger prints to avoid external manipulation of itself. Only the owner would be able to use it unless it allows other people by scanning their finger prints too. The purpose of the phone is not only to increase the level of privacy on the cell phones but as well, due to the enormous influence of these products and the amount of personal data input it will be safer as only the owner could have access to the information which is great if they steel them yet the sensors will detect unknown pressure on the screen and different finger prints, allowing it to block the system.

what's wrong with a code to turn it on? it would be far cheaper than a fingerprint scanner. Also, the scanner would take up a bit of space. But if you could integrate it with the cell-phone camera, it would be less.
I have dozens of pictures, contacts, my schedule etc on my phone, but still I don't think there's anything on there that would even be interesting to other people, let alone worth protecting. Maybe you have blue-photos you want to protect?
The phone's in my pocket anyway. How more-protected can it be than that? I'm probably closer to the tin-foil hat community than most, but I figure the government can already get anything off of my cell phone it wants to through the transmitter. So who do you think wants your info?
